run them separately man. dont put them both on the same switch. give them both their own switch, fuse, relay and wiring harness.

You can make an automatic switch with a relay to automaticly turn on the second fan when you turn on the ac. That is how I did my single 2 speed fan. Where the lights are that's your second fan and the switched power goes to your ac power wire.

Thanks for that diagram! I already set them up with two switches. Now I have another question. My truck is pulling a little more at idle then it ever did. I've actually never noticed it until now. Could it be because I took the weight of the fan off?

pulling more? you mean you are required to put more pressure on the brake when at able to hold the truck at a stop? could do with the fan being taken off. the fan takes horsepower to spin. without it, it frees some up. not a whole lot but that could be it. i didnt notice a difference though.

When i let off the brake from a dead stop on level ground my truck starts moving forward faster then it used to.

Didn't notice that with mine either but it definitely improved throttle response. Seems to me the only reason it should pull faster is if the idle is off. If your saying that it accelerates easier than yes I would agree.
