I put a new EGR on my 1998 but it still sends a code saying that I have bad flow to the EGR. Anyone had any Problems with this before, any Ideas?

Did you clear the code? If so, and it's still throwing the code, it may be carbon buildup in the port from the throttle body or could be the DPFE sensor is flaking out. Here's a few links that may help you out:
