Default ford f150 misfire

I have a 2001 ford f150, when Im starting it up cold it struggles to start the engine has to turn many times, once started at lower RPMS the engine jerks like its trying to turn off, when I raise the RPMS to 1200 or 1300 the engine sounds like its misfiring, it starts to run smoother at 2000 RPMS, when it warms up on lower rpms around 500 it will run for a little bit but turn off, it has all new spark plugs and oxygen sensors, on the diagnostic it comes up as a misfire, does anyone know what this might be and if there is anyway to check the ignition coils and fuel injectors.

Thanks in advance

Your (diagnostic) what was the code(s) you recieved p0301,302,303 etc
the last number in the the code will be the cylinder at fault p0301 being cylinder 1 typically inj are not a problem with that engine i would look more at the coil(s) also if this occured after the spark plugs were replaced i would look for a possible cracked plug...
good luck..
