POS Civic or Minivan: Engine revs and wants to "race"
Literally happened today: I pass by an old Cadillac and the driver is flipping me off.

Most fun was the civic at the stop light, turned green, I went through and got up to speed and then gunned it and broke them loose................civic was still at the stop light.
I used to have a Honda CBR(motorcycle) and it was ALWAYS the civic guys...
