Default Dumbest thing someone has said about your truck

Reading through a similar thread on the mustang forum and decided to start one over here figured we could all share some of our funny "face palm" moments.
Today I had a guy try convincing me that his F150 was a 3.7 ecoboost.. wasn't sure how to tell him that there's no such thing so I decided to go along with it
If I had a nickel for every time someone has asked me if my 06 Stang has a 5.0... I could swap a 5oh in it!
I know not everyone is into cars and what not but it doesn't make me a bad person for laughing when over hearing two "non" car/ truck guys convo

The only one that comes to mind at this moment was by NTB. They told me my struts were bad and needed to be replaced when I had just put them on. There was literally no surface rust on them even...

Not my current truck but my old 04 Explorer flex fuel 4.0. The guy said in conversation one day "Ford don't make a flex fuel vehicle" I stood there a sec and asked him to repeat what he said incase I heard him wrong and he repeated the exact same ignorant remark.

This guy is one our fleet technicians granted he did come from a Lexus dealer but still. I kindly asked him to go flip open the fuel door on my truck and read what it said. He never did, what a dufus.

Had a similar experience with my 2011 3.5 Ecoboost. He was convinced it was a 5.4L engine with a tuner.

I've been asked;
1. Why did you buy a Ford
2. Why did I only get a 150
3. Why I didn't want an Ecoboost
4. Why did I do so many mods
5. And why did I get a red truck
My answer to all the above, "I get and do what I want". Of course all the above have been from people that either have a chivvy or dodge, and no visible means of support except us tax payers.

The day I bought the truck the salesman, after being told that we would be using it to pull a 33' Travel Trailer for camping, mentioned, "The cool thing about getting the Super Crew is when you all get to the camp site you could quickly change clothes in the spacious back seat area..."
To which my wife replied, "...Or we could change in the Travel Trailer".

Prior to this he was unable to talk any specifics about tow package, Gear Ratio, Hitch rating... But was enamored that the truck had electric windows and locks, a CD radio that could play MP3s (but didnt now how the SYNC worked), and a full size spare...

First question in the parking lot: "is that a new truck?"

Second question: "is that a Ford?"
