Default Disable permanently Start/stop

Hi all, new here, getting ready to buy a 2019 F150 reg Cab with the 5.0. Before I pull the trigger,... My question is , can the engine stop/start function be permanently disabled? Thanks!

Forscan works for sure but so does just using SPORT transmission setting each time I drive my truck .... Not only does SPORT eliminate the start/stop function but I think it really enhances the driving experience and its FREE ... There is a also a company selling an autostop eliminator with good reviews on this forum....enjoy your new truck!

Forscan disables the Start/Stop feature by disabling the battery management system which works but I'm not sure that is a good thing for the battery especially in very hot or cold areas. Does anyone know if Ford beefed up the starter when Start/Stop was added to the truck? It seems like starting the truck 10-20 times a day would be hard on the starter and solenoid and reduce it's lifespan.

I guarantee that Ford thought about and planned for the increased use of the starter when introducing ***. Hasn't been around long enough to really be sure how good of a job they did of course but seems fine so far.

I wouldn't want to disable the battery management system either, there seem to be better ways to do disable it without having to continually push a button
