Dealer says 14mpg mixed is normal this time of year
Tank 1 - 14.5 (60/40 city/hwy)
Tank 2 - 15.99 (all highway @ 80mph)
Tank 3 - 15.99 (all highway @ 80mph)
Tank 4 - 12.8 (70/30 city)
Tank 5 - 13.2 (60/40 city/hwy)
Tank 6 - 11.92 (all highway @ 80mph, 20 miles in 4x4) with E85
Loud intermittent ticking noise also coming from engine. Has been there since new
These numbers look normal? Am very close to trading it in for a different truck that actually achieves EPA estimates
'18 F150, 3.5EB, 3.55, 6.5ft bed, 2100 miles, cruise set as much as possible

You didn't mention where your are so we don't know if weather is a factor.
You need to get everything broken in, 2100 miles is nothing.
You'll also have a hard time finding any vehicle that achieves EPA estimates.

2200 miles and averaging 18.7 MPG in my 3.5 EB Lariat 5.5 bed since bought brand new. Mixed use and even a wee bit of 4x4 - Don't think one extra foot in the bed makes that much of a difference. Denver, Colorado.

This is why I posed the question. Very similar truck getting 4 1/2 mpg's more.

My trip from Omaha to Pittsburgh in September ~20mpg, Pittsburgh back to Omaha ~16.5mpg. Tailwind going out, headwind coming home. Probably wasn't into "winter gas" yet. As to E85 - I didn't think we could run that in our 3.5Eco's, but could be wrong. Also, book says can't really get good mpg figures until sometime after 2K miles.

Your post makes me wonder if this is due to engine not "breaking in" & winter fuel.
Not sure I buy the whole "break in" thing when others' motors are already getting respectable mpgs .Probably something Ford says as a CYA so in the event you never come close to EPA figures, ford can always say "well its not broken in yet" & by the time it is, you've lost thousands on depreciation & are about to lose Lemon Law protection

With my 2012, I lose a couple mpg every fall/winter. On highway trips, I always get less mpg than during warmer months, which I assume is mostly due to winter mix gas. My driving habits are also different during this time of year (longer warm up times, longer idling times, and a lot more time spent at low speeds while hunting). I didn't notice any difference from new vs "broken-in".
As far as the ticking sound, it's likely the HPFP under the hood.
I would be more concerned about running E85 in an engine not designed/tuned for it than about mpgs under the EPA rating.
