Dealer giving me a hard time about warranty due to leveling spacers

I don't know, but I have listened to that ad several times and I never heard them say that it was a certified pre-owned, just pre-owned. Do you have anything in writing that states that it is certified?

Oh yes.......I took it back to the dealer I bought it from in Fremont CA. Turns out it needed the left hub replaced also, so now at least both front hubs have been replaced. They refinished my rotors also. Spacers taken out, and warranty extended to 75K miles at a huge discount. So when the hub work was all done, I drive all the way 30 miles to Fremont, test drive with mechanic, and it pulls to the right.,,,,like changy lany on its own. Then this mechanic could NOT get it aligned, as i sit for 90 minutes waiting, so they gave me a rental truck, and I went home, yet again. I mean, folks, how hard is an alignment? How hard is it to just F*ing drive it and make sure it's 100% - they told me they test drove it and it was all washed and shiny, ready to go. And that mechanic tells me on the test drive "I was the one that certified this truck" - you can imagine my restraint. So I'm like, meh, you missed the spacers and the grinding noise from the 2 bad hubs.....
I had time to chill, after all, I had a 30 mile drive home....
Sooo, next:
They got it aligned - had to pass her over to another certified mechanic I guess.... but then called me with more bad news - a couple of dudes grabbed the keys off the board to steal a Ford Explorer. They tried to back it out of the lot but luckily somebody's truck was parked in the way, so they got out and ran. Not after somebody's truck received some damage on the wheel, and fender guard. <<Rental truck extended>> new wheel ordered, fender cover part ordered, criminals escaped.. Oh and I am welcome to a copy of the police report.
So with any luck, I'll have this thing back in the next few days..I'm pretty sure that there are serious issues behind the poor quality and inconsistent service department at that location. It's truly beyond anything I have been involved in prior..
