There's a little Dim Control Wheel on your dash, find it and make sure it isn't on max settings, it keeps all your dome lights and courtesy lights on.

Maximum is all the way up, lowest (Stealth) is all the way down. You should feel clicks between each setting. (Courtesy and Stealth)

Should be directly to the right of your headlight switch.

This may sound simple and you may have already tried this, but......If you push on the lights they will stay on, kinda like a map light. Try pushing them and then closing the door and see if they go off.
