Can anyone tell me if the key code is some where on this picture???

No it won't be. Bad idea for security reasons.

if you are talking about the keypad, it should be on a card attached to the owners manual.

Yep, they should've given you a card with the number on it. If not, call them up and they'll set you up.

I just bought my new truck on Monday and had the same issue. No card in manual. I found somewhere on the site that you can take both your key fobs to your vehicle and put one in the ignition turn until the Ford logo appears and then goes away without starting the car. Then remove. Put in the second key and wait for Ford logo to disappear. Your code should appear on the info screen between your tach and speedo. I just tried again and it works.

Yep - you don't need the dealer - documented in the manual and on this site. You can retrieve your own code. I think it is only on 2009 and newer this works on.
