Default Creek/sqeek help

Have a 2011 fx4 with a 2" level truck has approx 12k on it and when I hit large bumps I get a sqeek/creek i notice it a lot on the older style f150's does anyone else have this problem or know where to start? I checked all the bolts and everything is tight. It sounds like something in the front end but I'm not sure

Try checkin the ball joints and tie rod ends. Those are the only components in the front end that will squeak or make a creekin sound. I know you've got a brand new truck pretty much but those leveling kits will kill a front end in a heart beat.

Check the plastic on the strut. Lube it up where it contacts the strut, worked for me.

Sorry for my late response, I used some some thick chain grease.

Since you have traced it to the rear springs,it's those spring pads between the top 2 leaves that's makeing the noise. WHATEVER YOU DO,DON"T LUBE THEM!!!!! that will make it way worse! Go to a car wash, and spray front and rear of both sides,if that doesn't take care of it,go to your dealer and get them replaced.

There is actually a dealer bulletin on those... they swap out the pads with updated ones and apply grease

ALMOST correct. There is a special service message 22281 that says to clean the pads, and if that doesn't cure it to replace the pads. DO NOT GREASE THEM!!! That will only make a squeak into a very loud squeak. And they are not redesigned.
