Default Crazy Steering Wheel Media Controls

Hi so I just bought a 2011 F150 XLT about a month ago and absolutely love it! There is only one problem with it and its driving me crazy, the radio will randomly changes through a bunch of the presets and sources sometimes rely fast and some times only once. So this is what I have done so far.
1.Thought it was the buttons on the wheel so I unplugged them (no change).
2.Buttons on the console unplugged it same result.
3.SYNC update
4.Bought a new Kenwood head unit with idata link still same problem.
5.Used the idata link to turn off the SYNC stuff did not fix it.
6.Used the idata link to turn off steering wheel controls and it stopped but have no steering wheel controls!!!

So now the question is what goes from the harness to the buttons that could have caused the issue?

Dumb question, are your buttons sticky/ dirty. Are they popping back up with ease?

You gotta have a short in a wire. It's getting signal to change stations. Check the integrity of your wires from your harness com8ng out of the back of your stereo on down.

Is there any modules in between the SYNC and buttons on the steering wheel?

Would anyone happen to have a wiring diagram for the steering wheel controls?

It could be the Clock Spring in the steering wheel. It's where the electrical connections are made for the steering wheel. You can Google it. Just put in something like "2011 F150 steering wheel Clock Spring". Or someone on hear may have some info for you.
