Cops with F150's

Well I'm not new to the forum but I never did see this thread.
Spent one year in Corrections at the Edmonton Remand Centre.
Now I'm just over a year in with Alberta Sheriffs
In the process with RCMP right now so hoping I get on with them!
It's nice to see so many LEO's on this forum. I think anyone in Law Enforcement has a love for Fords (most at least). We just got the new Interceptors for our traffic division and they are WICKED! All wheel drive and Ecoboost!

Issued a 2006 Crown Vic I am clinging to, have turned down both a 2013 and 2014 Charger to keep her, the Dodge's are just pieces of crap.

That's my primary objection to the Chargers over my CVPI aside from the reliability and not being a Ford. I like being able to smoke the backing course during LEDT and actually being able to see where I am going. Plus side to side wise, it's a cramped fit inside the Chargers which bugs me.

I was at the post office the other day and had a female officer in an F150 pull up behind me as I was getting into my truck. I was a little worried, but she just wanted to compliment me on the truck. She also added that they used to have Chevy Silverados and that the F150 was a major improvement. Nice to hear.

Here's a couple of my Po - Po rides. Yeah, I'm old. The PD had Ford's of various styles the first years I was there. They were all a big POS. They have bought the new Taurus's, and the guys & gals love 'em. Sorry, I don't have any pics, but ya'll know what they are.
1979 Chevrolet Malibu. The first, and only year Chevy offered these.
My partner at the time in front of my 1980 Chevy Impala.
What they drove before the Taurus. They also had some Chargers.
My last rides were mostly unmarked Chebby's.
