Continued IWE Problems and frustrations

Principle of the matter
I'd like to reiterate that for me, this isn't a bitch session but rather trying to get Ford to acknowledge one, there's a quality issue and two, to tell us customers what is being done about it. In my organization, we follow up with customers with a root-cause analysis and then have a process in place that keeps the customer in the loop as to what is being done to rectify the problem. Although I do have the ext warranty, my time is valuable and I don't have the luxury to be going into the service dept every year to see if they hear the erratic issue with the IWE's and then go spend 1/2 of my day in the service center getting another band aid put on and that's beside the $100 deductible I'll have to pay on my warranty work too which BTW, Ford has NOT told me that I will not be responsible for. This is my first Ford truck and given the problems and lack of response I'm getting, it could be my last as I did not have these problems with my Nissan Titan.

If I can add to my story....
Dealer wanted my truck overnight only a cold night to try and duplicate the issue. Predicting temperature and when the issue happens is not that easy and since they are not providing a loaner, I decided to take a video of the issue when it happens.
I brought the video in and showed it to the technician. He had nothing to say about it, other than 'yeah, that's the IWE". No suggested fix since both side were replaced last month and they had tested all other components.
They say they will look at it when I go for my next oil change.....
I am about to go trade this POS for a Toyota.

Where can I buy the IWE solenoid for a 2010? I've searched and searched but can only seem to find ones for the 04-08 trucks. The dealer is out of the way, I would prefer to hit a local NAPA, AutoZone, Advance Auto or purchase one online?

Sorry to say dudes, if they(Ford) haven't done anything about it yet, it ain't happenin'. As much as I would love it, they aren't going to throw a recall out there for every problem on the truck.
I think the IWE system is very unreliable, therefore, I learned how to replace the parts myself. My truck stays in my driveway, no unnecessary parts are thrown at it from a "tech", and I don't have the hassle of making appointments for the truck, and rides to and from the dealership.

Thanks for your help... Id love to pick one up from NAPA on my way home from work today. How come on the NAPA website it says that part is not compatible for my truck?
It says only for the 04-09 model

Had my IWE's replaced under warranty on my 2012 for rough engagement. They engage more smoothly now, however when I engaged 4hi when ice fishing in the cold the driver's side was banging loudly as if it was only partially engaged. I stopped and re-cycled the switch and it was good after that.
I don't think there's an update for our 4x4 vacuum solenoid. It's located right on the brake booster with no shielding on it.

I also, found the solenoid at AutoZone

It is kind of difficult to track down because everyone calls them something different (i.e. 4wd actuators, IWE vacuum solenoid, 4wd solenoid, etc.).

So it looks like this is a dead end and POWERRANGER262 was right. Working for a high integrity global manufacturer, I expect the same out of others and unfortunately, esp in this case, Ford is not going to do anything except apply band-aids. I'm a stubborn SOB (my wife says so) so I'm going to look for other forums/bigger stages to expose this lack of accountability on Ford's part...and I can honestly say AT THIS POINT, my next truck will not be a Ford...it will be a Toyota Tundra
