Default Collinite's #845 Insulator Wax

I've been using Collinite Insulator Wax for years. Just did my truck again today for some winter protection. This wax STILL amazes me every time I use it! This time, when I was done, I used the micro fiber cloth I had been using to buff on my clean windows. Then buffed again with another clean cloth. Windows are smoother than ever! I also applied it to all the plastic trim that fades so much on F150s. Came out great.

If you're not already using it, do yourself a favor and buy a bottle.

Collinite 845 can be used on just about anything. Does good on rubber, vinyl and plastics also. Leaves no white stains like most waxes do. Order it on Amazon or Ebay.

Good stuff for sure, although collinite does not recommend for glass.

Right. That was one of my "breakthroughs". By using the buffing cloth only, and not applying directly to the glass, it was such a small amount, it did the job without smearing.

I have photos.... but no "before" photos, so they really don't do any justice. It's a shiny truck.... best results on the plastic door handles, rear bumper top cover, side mirrors, ect

I'll have to give it a try not sure why they don't recommend, I have put sealants on my glass.
