Default F150 Front Brakes

I have a 2005 F150 with a combo rotor/hub on the front brakes.... I cannot machine my rotors and want to try to find a more cost effective way of replacing brakes in the future.. my question is what do i need to do to use the 4X4 front rotor on my truck, i think think i will have to replace the front bearing and hub nut.. but what do i ask for what i go to the parts store? thanks..

Default Hubs

If this is a 2wd, check out Centric's hubs with swapable rotors. Might be what you're looking for, I know they have for newer units and I assume they have them for your year.
