Have a used 2023 F150, bucket seats with center console.....came without tray.

What tray? Can you post a pic? Do you mean the small storage tray for the large console storage bin? Like zies....

Yep. Lol. There are a ton of cheaper ones on scAmazon and fleBay. Just search "F150 console tray."

 

Know anyone with a 3d printer? Their are lots of files out their for printed ones..

 

I ran into the same issue with my 2024 when I bought it used. Not sure why everyone keeps the center console tray?
I found one on eBay:
