Cant remove the VCT solenoid from his position
Hi All, i have a 2004 F150 and bought the VCT solenoid to replace it. I replaced the easy one (right side) first and was very easy and the solenoid pull up very smoth. From the driver side, i remove the seal and the screw, but the solenoid are stuck in his position inside. I tried very hard to pull up, but i dont want to break the plastic side. Anyone had the same issue. Have any idea what happen?
