Hello

I am looking at buying a Leer Canopy that is about a year and a half old. It fits a 6.5' box and the person who is selling it wants $1300.00. Is this a reasonable price for a Leer Canopy of this age or should it have a lesser or greater value?

As far as I know it doesn't have any of the bells and whistles that some of the canopy's have. Its just a plain and simple canopy.

I just bought a 5.5 bed topper ACE-X series for $1000. About a yr old as well. Excellent condition inside. Very little scratches on outside.
However I am in Canada so prices may be different.

*side note* if someone could direct me how to hook the wiring up, splice harness available?

A little more info...

The canopy doesn't have any flaking, peeling or chips off the top of the roof.

It doesn't have a light and it doesn't have the sliding window between the box and the cab. There are no upgrades done to this canopy.

Yes the canopy is color matched to my truck.

I have a Leer on my 95 f150 that's a cream puff truck. The topper was installed when truck was new and paint and finish is still excellent. Leer quality is top notch.

I'd say if it's a color match that's a decent deal

I should point out I now have a Silver Gray Metallic truck... Ford bought me a new truck the old one didn't work very well.

Are you in Canada? Can't tell with the mobile app. I think $1300 is way too much for that cap. But if it's CAD I'd hafta see how that translates to 'Merican dollars.
