Looks like a 2.5" level to me.
Measure the top of the wheel well at the back, and do the same at the front. That will tell you for sure.

Thank you for the replies, guys. Yea I noticed my truck has nicer 'stance' than alot of other F150's. It just sits a bit higher and looks more like a proper truck, which I like. Then I started wondering if it may have a leveling kit, so I made this thread. Here is a not so great picture I just took right now of the side of the truck:
