Thanks for all the replies. Maybe I'll start looking for some wider rims, was just thinking of trying to upsize a little without new rims. Gotta just get off my wallet.

OK so stock rims, no lift or level, 275/70/17 or 285/70/17? What say you? Currently has stock 265/70/17s and there seems to be a lot of room left to add a little height and width. BUT, will they rub? 2011 F150 Supercab STX. I need new tires so I'm just looking to upsize a little on the cheap, without having to get different rims.
Thanks!

Apples - Going back to what model year?
2004 - Given that the gen'11 (2004-2008) wheel (rim+tire) are virtually the same (excluding the Heritage).

We don't know what OP drives.

Know what you said ( ...on the cheap, without having to get different rims), HOWEVER .....

Raptor -used- take-off rims can be had relatively cheap (e.g. $400 or less for a set), are 17"x8½", and 285/70x17 fit with no interference. e.g. personal 2011 FX4 (285/70x17 Firestone Destination A/Ts)

This oversight was corrected in Post #10, but thanks again anyway.
