Can I improve my gas milage with a tune?

You aren't doing great, but you're not too far off the average. Maybe messing with driving style might help you out too.
I think mine is better mpg wise on the hwy, but no better in the city. I haven't taken out the calculator for a while as it's spring time and I tend to drive more spirited.

I don't really push it too much. I'm reading posts where people are saying they are getting 20+ MPG. Is that all driving habits, or something different with their trucks?

Those people are probably using the display and not hand calculated. If I drive normal I get 20 mpg's with my 07 5.4, heavy foot, about 17 (according to my Gryphon). Then I hand calculate and its almost always 17-18. Never rely on the tuner or truck display to accurately calculate.

As soon as you start hitting traffic lights or even rush hour traffic on the highway, you're mpg's generally drop.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that anyone getting 20+ mpg's is hwy only. Maybe a very small percentage in the City, but that's it. It would also probably be keeping the speed 60-65.
