Why would you have a call in to Ford Corporate??

Take it to the dealer and get the problem diagnosed so they can give you a price and get it fixed.

Take it to the dealer and get the problem diagnosed so they can give you a price and get it fixed.
Cause after spending $35,000 on a truck that I have had nothing but problems with, it would be nice for them to take care of this safety issue. Make sense?

You'll just be told to take it to a dealer though. Are you thinking some exec in a suit is gonna come to your house to fix it with his MacGyver tools? You gotta start at a dealership so there's a paper trail. pretty sure it's something simple that the dealer can find.
