It is really great the dealership took care of you. It seems like all we hear on here is how the dealership screwed over the person.

The heavy steel parts like the driveshaft are fine. It looks nice to paint it, but surface rust won't harm it, either. The muffler looks like it may go quick...

There really isn't much the dealership can do. Ford chose to go with a steel driveshaft and not paint it. It's not a failure, not a problem, and undercarrige appearence isn't really covered under warrantee.

Wow! The quality of metal has all gone south. For a $40K truck you would think they should put some quality in there???
