Default Buddy's Truck

That Mark III F150

He is putting full length headers, true dual exxhaust, gl;asspack mufflers, pulley driven supercharger with Mad Max style switch, It has 160K on the 302.
Other than the exhaust mods, nothing big is going to be done to this until he gets in aluminum 302 when this engine dies

That all sounds good, but tell him to buy some new tires first!

Yeah, that is the first thing on his list, well, after having everything realligned, the inside tread still has another 1000 miles of driving worth of tread on them

tell him he needs to go with a NAWZ turbo kit and drag radials w/ a full spoll in the rear. that would boost his times WAY down at the track.

Can you really have a switch to turn on a supercharger? I guess it could be possible, like the A/C pump and all. I have personally never seen one of these and I think that it would be kind of pointless. If he doesn't want the power all of the time, tell him to keep his foot out of the throttle.

What kind of technical nightmare would this be? So many variables would be effected by the switch; timing, fuel flow, etc...

Has anyone ever seen this in reality? I know that Lone Wolf Mc Quade had one. I will not do that because he will kick my *****.

Personally I like the truck. Other than the grille guard on a two wheel drive (take it off, it looks stupid; oh yeah, sell it to me!) and the rusty bumper. If he just got it, those probably aren't priorities though.
