Default Broken dash heat vents-

Truck only has 6K miles on it and not sure how it happened but both my Passenger vents are broke-. one all the way(the flaps)and the other that bar that connects the two flaps-

is this a problem with these vents or are my Passengers animals....

i would think warrenty covers this??

STRONGLY recommend losing the passengers.

Hint/Tip: Make 'em ride in the bed until they learn to be out in public.

I would not expect anything from warranty.
My 2004 is 11 years old and the vents still look like new and are completely functional.

Would be interested to find out where you were when that happened - would have been hard to miss if you were coherent.

Thanks for posting, freddyttt. Have you been in contact with your dealer? I suggest reaching out to them if you haven't already. Feel free to use this to get started.

Also, what model year is your truck? Please fill me in with the details, as well as any updates; I'm happy to look into additional options.

Brittany

I hope the warranty works out for you but I don't see any way that breaks off without something hitting it.

My 2004 is 11 years old and the vents still look like new and are completely functional.
Same here.

If your passengers close the vents like my wife does when she doesn't want the air blowing on her, they're animals.
