Does anyone have any experience with EBC slotted rotters and yellow stuff brake pads. I need to upgrade the brakes on my 2006 f 150 for towing purposes. I really don't want to replace the calipers if I don't have to. Also does anyone know if the stock calipers are single or dual piston? Thanks.

Fronts are dual and rear are single i believe.

And ebc rotors with yellows will stop your truck and any trailer you can pull. They are a great combo.
