Default Bouncing around 55

So I hit up some back roads today, but now when I drive around 50-60 the truck starts to hop, what did I mess up? I hit some bad ruts and holes kind of fast.

Probably knocked a wheel weight off and threw a tire out of balance. Classic symptom is a vibration around 55 mph that goes away above and below that speed.

What would I look for in my drive shaft? I'll look on my wheels to see if there's some sort of mark of one being there.

Are the weights held on with something like glue?

my driveshaft was dented had a couple of flat spots on it. caused my truck to vibrate on the highway. I'd check to make sure u didn't dent urs

They're either glued on or clipped to the lip of the rim (inside or outside). Could be a drive shaft problem but the fact that it comes on between 50-60 tells me it's a wheel out of balance. The fact you were mudding could even mean there's some hunk of dried mud around the inside of your rim, that'll even throw one out of balance. Hose out the inside edge of your wheels and try it on the highway.

Wash your wheels and make sure to get the inside of the rim too. You probably have mud caked on the inside of your rims causing an imbalance.

After driving a little more driving, the bounce isn't as noticeable, which would lean to what you guys said, mud caked in the rims. There are a couple glue marks on my rims, which may hint why there is a small bounce, but nothing like I was experiencing before. At least it wasn't serious like the driveshaft. Thanks for the input guys!

most likely mud in the rims, I always have a similar problem in snow.
