xeleventybillion.

but if you really need an answer anything is better than fram, but Bosch is made buy some bulk oil filter manufacturer who makes a bunch of oil filters and then slap them in different color boxes. I wanna say Bosch is made by Champ which uses plastic end caps inside the filter, for reference the purolater/motorcraft uses metal.
fram is all paper/cardboard, so the bosch is better than the fram but not by much.

Bosch is made by Purolator, much better than the standard Fram or even the Tough Guard. Yes, the Bosch has metal end caps, but the bypass valve is in the dome end. The Bosch is a good quality filter, but for the money, it's hard to beat Motorcraft.

I used Fram for over 25yrs on my cars and trucks, some of my cars where pushings out serious HP,never had an engine failure.I think people read and belive to much crap on the internet, esp the people who think that BOB THE OIL GUY is God!.With that said right now im using WIX in and my vehicals, the wix dealer is down the road from me so its more a convinience thing.
