Question Bumper Winch for 2WD F150???

So I have been looking everywhere to find a front bumper that would support a winch but because I have an 05 F150 the websites always say they do not have any products for that type of vehicle. Can anyone help me out?

This is what I plan on doing (06 2wd XLT SCrew):

Then I plan on mounting my winch on a hitch mount so that if I get stuck and need to pull myself BACK out, I can attach it to the rear hitch. If I need to get out FRONT, then I would attach it to that link I provided and all good once again.

Warn made a Hidden Winch mount kit for the 04-05 trucks (stopped cuz Ford changed the front bumper in 06) such as this:

Default So let me get this straight

You are going to have a hitch installed to the front of your truck? And then be able to move the winch from either the front hitch or your back hitch?

Exactly. What if I bury the front end, and need to get out the way I came in? Hard to do if its hard wired to the front end. Sure, you double up your electrical work (got to have power front or back) but its better than callin a wrecker to tow you out cuz your winch is in 2' mud. Just my thinking and reasoning for doing it that way.

Ohhhh okay. Have you ever seen a truck like that? I've never even heard about it. Sounds very useful though

OGTerror has his setup just like that. His Winch runs off air.

Every system has its pros and cons. The Multimount allows you to move the winch from front to back as needed. It can be moved from vehicle to vehicle. The winch is stored off of vehicle so it isn't exposed to elements. Less chance of theft.
The Multimount is heavy and a PITA to attach when the front or rear end is knee deep in mud. If you leave it attached on the trail it sticks out too far and reduces the approach angle or angle of departure if used in the rear. It can be damaged because it sits out so far.

EDIT: FYI the winch and its portable carrier can weigh as much as 100 lbs.
