Depends. What's your definition of "biggest"?

Diameter - In general, 34" or less will be OK. *NOTE: normal OEM is ~32".

Wider (aspect ratio) - Normal, OEM is 55, anything lower (e.g. 50 or less) and you would be close, risking suspension component interference (e.g. control arm rubbing). *Alternative could be 1¼"+ hub centric wheel adapters.

Tool for your consideration - Tire Size Calulate/Compare ««« -click-

I'm in the same boat and have searched for hours. In my reading it looks like 275/65/20 will fit, and 285/65/20 will PROBABLY fit (may vary from one make/model tire to another). And of course all bets are off due to offest if you use non-OEM wheels. I'm trying to find a P rated AT tire in either size as I'd rather have lower weight, better ride, and less costly tires than LT but I don't think anyone makes one. Good luck.

that's a stock tire size, so yes it will fit. And it 32" not 33. 275/60r20 is 33" and fits as well. It is the width not the height that most people run into problems. I have seen 305/55r20 on stock with no lift fit with no rubbing at all. It comes close to uca (1/2") but cleared.
