Default Bigger tire question...

So I have this Lariat right below.....

And I put a 2" leveling kit on the front...My next project is going to get some after market 20" rims and some bigger tires. I am not sure what sizes they come in but I am looking at some 32" or 35" My question is, how much higher if any will it lift my truck, I don't have much more room height wise in the garage.....

That truck would look great with 33's and stock wheels. It's a shame you want to get rid of those stock wheels, they look sweet! I'd pick up some white letter bfg's in a 33 and run them. You will be totally fine and it will look great. 35's will rub but can also be done.

Great looking truck...a LT275x65x20 (34x11) would look great on the stock wheels. A P275x60x20 (33x11) would not be so bad on the fuel mileage and performance loss hit.

I Thanked all the other post and appreciate the kind words.

But like BTH posted I am trying to find out home much more, if any will my truck lift up with 33's" or 35's"

for the simple fact of clearance issues with garages...

Here is a tire size chart. Take a look and see what size you want and what the diameter is. I would assume you're going to get more of less 1/2 the diameter as height increase.

to your question when adding larger tires; every inch in diameter will net you 1/2inch more lift under your truck, so 1/2 inch taller at the roof line for every inch in tire size increase. with 35's your truck will set 1.5 inches taller then it will with 32's, 33's will be 1/2inch taller than 32's.....

anything over 33" tires you are going to want to do a gear swap. the most common one running 35" tires should be a 4.56 swap. it can be pricey, but your transmission will thank you by not blowing up. ;-)
