Best way to clean bugs off chrome bumper

Pledge.
Spray on, let soak for a minute, and most will wipe right off.
A second coat will get the rest.
Have been using it on sportbikes for 20+ years, and they get plastered with bugs riding at night in Va.

Out here in the country i get a hefty dose of bugs even one time bird guts on the bumper, grill and windshield.
Tried those bug off products and decided they're too harsh taking off any waxes or ceramic finishes.
What i do now is soak the hell out of bug guts with ordinary car wash soap and let sit for a while to soften them up.
Then add a fresh dose of the soap and most of the bugs come easily off with a car wash mitt.
The more stubborn dried up bug guts need little more light scrubbing with a car wash mitt and they eventually come off also.
