Default Best time of Year for Rebates??

Looking to pick up a Ford Lariat F-150 either late September or late December.

I've heard September is great since the new models are rolling in. I've also heard in late December their really trying to get em off the lot to save on taxes and increase yearly revenue. Thoughts?

Right now it's about 12-13000 off MSRP with incentives which is pretty good. The dealer I bought mine from had 159 f150s on Thursday, now they are at 134 after just the weekend. They are moving them at the current incentives.

I would suggest you buy one now to get the best deals. The 2014s will be out at the end of Sept, first of Oct. The inventory at dealers is starting to wind down.

I bought an FX2 yesterday after discounts and rebates I got it for about 12k off...it was a really good deal.
