I'm rather ashamed of this being my idea, but as a kid we filled this certain hateful man's over sized jeep tires with water. We took them off and filled them with water inside a swimming pool with a bicycle pump. We almost got caught because the water filled tires weighed a TON! About six or seven boys struggled to roll them up the pool steps. It took us about 3 hours to do, but we're sure he got some great gas mileage!
