My 2013 King Ranch came with them. Mine were removed then reinstalled to spray the bed as well as the bed mounting bolts.. Talk to your dealer..

i got the 2013 super crew xlt with spray in bed liner and yes they are suppose to be in there

I called the dealer today and they will replace them after the 1st of the year. Thanks all.
