Default Backup camera

I have a 2010 F150 and I want to install a backup camera. Checked with the dealer but they don't have a camera/screen kit available. Has anyone installed an aftermarket camera? Based on what I have heard a wired unit would be best but don't really know where to start.

There are some good threads about that - it'd be worth trying to find them although I'm not sure how good the search function is on here - might be better to google the site name + backup camera.

I have on 06 and just put in a pioneer Avh-3300BT This baby is way nicer than the stock stereo and fits like a glove. The scene is 5.8" and it is backup cam ready. You can attach one right to your rear plate. Just remember you want a minimum of 130 degrees view. Bonus is it works really well with iPhone
