Auto Stop Start potential effects on valve train
Since day one on my 2020, I start engine and push button to disable. It quickly becomes second nature. Or you can disable the feature altogether.
As you and others state above it puts extra wear on starter, battery and engine.

Look up "Autostop Eliminator". It may be expensive but a better way to do it. I installed one.
Sort of tricky to get the panel off where the switch is attached to. You unplug the start/stop switch and plug this in.
Now it acts like a manual switch. Press the switch to off and it stays off even when restarting the truck. Turn it back on if you want to..

This scenario is obviously something that is going to concern you the entire time you own the vehicle.
You have mentioned exactly everything that everybody assumes to be a problem.
Just get an eliminator, plug in a dummy trailer wire adaptor or use FORScan to disable it.
Seriously -you have made way too much of a problem without knowing how the system is designed to function. Just disable it now so you can rest. I promise you that every time you hear a tick or knock or something doesn't work right or you lose 1 mpg you will blame it in auto start/stop and hate the vehicle.
If only there was some type of experiment that could take place to prove/disprove the system is reliable.
