Default electrical lighting problem

I could use some help...........I have no illumination lights on panel, radio, climate control, steering wheel, or doors. I have panel dimmer turned up. All fuses check out fine....the wire for interior lighting is light blue with red stripe.....I used a test light and i have juice at that wire from the ignition switch but i have no juice where the wire runs into the back of the headlight switch. Where could the problem be and how does the wire run and split up after the battery and power distribution box?

thanks for your time
