Default anyone want to use an OEM key and keyless fob in one?

If any of you guys stay up on Ford OEM part changes, then you might know that the new Edge and Fusion along with the Lincoln and Mercury variants utilize a PATS/Securilok key and keyless pad in one. Many of these key blanks are sold on ebay. It would behoove us F150 owners to purchase the 3 button module as we do not have a trunk. I purchased one of these blanks not long ago off ebay for about 48$ after shipping. Had the key cut at the stealership and programmed it myself, so now I have a keyless and key in one.

many of the sellers have the 3 button variant in stock also. When the owner of my files is done with server maintenance, ill have my photo of the actual key.

* on a side note, dont bother going to the dealership, they charge 150$ for the actual key and will tell you it wont work on our trucks.....they be wrong.

they did it for free. It cant be done at wal mart or home depot because there is a chip in the key.

Sounds like a waste of $45. I'll just stick with my perfectly working OEM remote and key.
