In this modern age, where 16 year old kids get stock height 2wd trucks with ebay roof mounted lightbars, and suddenly "kill the game," I'll gladly keep my modifications on the interior of my truck as to not stand out from the crowd.

Basically what I'm at getting at, is The More there is, the less there is to see. Not potshotting other peoples rides, because everyone has there own idea of how they want their stuff done... but a lot more can be spoken about minor details than major ones...
That's essentially what you're doing.

People are not able to do both? What kind of logic is that?

I was just being a smartass. I've got some mods lined up like exhaust, but I've been too busy with work and the family to get them done. I don't plan on selling the truck until it falls apart, so I've got time to save for the fun mods like a supercharger. Lol.

I likely see hundreds of 150's everyday. Most are showroom modded, in others words, stock, as stock can be. And believe me, I look. About the only time another 150 driver even notices me, when in the 150, is if his/hers is modded as well.
If ya like what I've done, fine, do the same to yours, I don't care. Mine doesn't say, "Hey, look at me!". Most of my mods you have to look close at the truck to see. So, unless a person is into modding, they likely wouldn't notice anyway.
LOL, don't know why I jumped into this.

I jumped into it because it's a "fun" thread. Everybody has their own opinion. My Expedition is 99% stock on the outside except vent visors and will stay that way. Why? because my wife said so.....LOL. I just think to say "I won't post pictures of my truck because I am scared people will steal my ideas" seems odd. Once again, not one member here or in the good ole USA will make their truck like mine. And if they do, so what, I was their inspiration!

I think it was in a VW commercial many years ago, "Imitation is the highest form of flattery". Sorta think it's true.

exactly my thoughts on the situation aswell. Anybody can notice that a truck has a lift kit or lowering kit on it.

But not many people are going to notice the small details... the conversation pieces.
