I bought a used truck in the states that was manufactured for sale in Canada and everything is in predominate US measurement not KM. It is a f150 XRT which is the equivalent of an XLT.

It would be much quicker and easier to just find one here and buy it here.
I am assuming your talking used and not new. for a new truck if you cant find it order it.
In 99 when GM was on strike I bought a Canadian GMC from an American dealership. GM swapped the guage cluster for a new american guage cluster. Only issue was the trucks were driven here and had like 1200 miles.

Dealers do it all the time, the last two used trucks I bought, 1992 GMC and 2010 F150 were originally sold in Canada, (both in Alberta). It's just aggravating and time consuming for an individual to do it, cause you don't know the ins and outs.
