Get that thing out of the sand and into some real terrain!

Looks like Little Sahara to me. Never been there but heard it's good.

From what's being posted, the Raptor is the new Chevy. When it's being jumped, people are bending the frames. From the damage pics that have been posted, it looks like when the back wheels get tripped, the aired out front end bends the frame downwards. The resulting damage is a bit strange because the gap between the box and cab is wider at the top. Frankly, I can see how forces applied in this direction would be beyond design spec. That said, the Raptor should have a frame that's reinforced to resist this situation.

Yeah, there should be a recall on it.. But that would cost ford way to much money.

The trucks that had bent frames ALL had aftermarket rear springs and some removed bump stops....I have bottomed my truck out prolly over 40 times catching stupid air and mine is fine. The guys that are worried about it should just by the jounce bump stops and frame gussets. From the vids I saw of 3 of the said bent frame trucks they all but went end over end hitting an obsticle that was not marked from a prerun...IN A DESERT RACE! Sucks that 8 or so guys with trucks that all bent their frames on the same OFF ROAD RACE COURSE have givin the Raptor such a bad rap
