I now a guy who fought this, and the dealer, for quite some time with an S10 Blazer. One night he went into the garage and notice light on the floor. Turned out the hood light switch was defective.
Sounds like your problem may be more complicated though. Good luck and keep us posted.

Have made sure that there is no device plugged or keys in it or lights etc. Have also done the truck in the garage when dark and looked for anything unusual. Zip. Pretty convinced its a parasitic draw while in sleep. Having phone conference with Attorney tomorrow. Will post more then.

Spoke with my attorney today after he has reviewed my case (service records ETC). He's ready to move forward and is pretty confident this is a slam dunk case. Still no word from Ford at all. Have a contract from attorney that all I need to do is sign and turn them loose. Kind of feel like I should wait a little longer to see if Ford Claim Mngr ever calls and see if I could work out buy out with them and save them the legal costs. Then again, I think I know what their answer will be so maybe just sign and get after them. I miss my truck. Coming up on 2 weeks that Ford service dept has had it and still not one call from them. All info I have so far is because I was calling and/or dropping by. Such a bummer.

Maybe stop by one more time and let them know they have one last chance (24, 48, 72 hours?) before you file lemon.

Dealer says they have checked everything they can think of it still goes dead on them every other morning. Nothing being left on believe me. They have requested some sort of help from Ford and have not heard of any answers. Whole thing like a bad dream. Can't believe they have left me to fend for myself and not given me a loaner vehicle or rental car option. Pissed!!!

Sign the papers and let the attorney loose.

I'm just curious, what IS the parasitic load ( 20 mA etc.) ? I checked a truck I had a few years ago because I was surprised by the spark I would get when connecting the cables. I think I came up with 25mA. although I never actually had any issues in this regard. Good luck and keep us posted.
