Default Aftermarket Leather Seat Covers - Perforated For Heated Seats?

I have a truck with cloth seats and am hoping to have Katzkin seat covers installed which would be a total seat material replacement. I have heated seats, though I do not have cooled seats. What did you guys (who have aftermarket leather) go with? The perforated seat covers or just the regular ones? I would prefer not to have the perforations as dirt seems to get into the holes and make the seats look bad over time (at least this was the case with my Corvette). I currently have leather seat covers (over cloth, not a total replacement) and while it takes just a little longer to warm the seats in the winter, I don't seem to notice a large difference once they get going. Any opinions? Thank you.
