I hear that straight through mufflers are better on F150's because the original ones are. That's why there 3 feet long and 20" wide lol to make them quiet. You also loose a lot of low end torque with the more restrictive baffled/chambered style (ie flowmaster) but they do sound a lot better. I'm swapping mine out with a SISO 11" Magnaflow, its the shortest and loudest they sell thats not a glasspack.
