Default Adjusting Alarm Beeps on 2011 FX4

I bought my 2011 FX4 used so don't know much about the preinstalled alarm, but I know it's not aftermarket cause I have the original Ford Keys that activate it.

I recently had some work done to my front end and when I got it back, I noticed the alarm beeping sequence is different than before. For instance, before if I hit the lock button once, no beep, but twice and it would give me one beep. Hitting the unlock button resulted in no beeps.

Now, pressing the lock button once gives me one beep and the unlock button gives me 2 beeps. Every time! This also includes when I park and exit the truck (so the truck autolocks while in drive, I park and open my door causing all doors to unlock and I get 2 beeps).

Is there a way to adjust the beep sequence or something? Or do I need to take it back to the auto body shop?

Default

May be (?) a setting that can be changed via SETUP. Check the owner's manual.

Don't have one ?
