Well bent frame doesn't automatically total a vehicle contrary to popular belief. My new sierra was rear ended 6 months ago and they (Chevy) dealer that I chose to do the repair did a supplemental estimate after they pulled my rear bumper. They said frame was bent. Adjuster looked at it apparently confirmed. $3400 worth of damage replacing bumper, trailer hitch, and straightening frame.

Indeed, especially not when it's an almost new vehicle. An older truck would probably have been totaled.

Totaled = $ in repairs needed exceed X% of vehicle's current value (every states has its regulations (could be 50%, could be 80%...)).

Also, keep in mind that your claim will lower your truck's value so be prepared to lose some $ if you trade-in at a dealership or sell to someone and he runs a carfax. You can sometimes get compensated for that by insurance companies.

That doesn't look too bad to me. But, like mentioned here, we're all just making wild guesses.
Geico has been doing this long enough to know what needs to get fixed and what should be totaled out.
Go with the flow. Now, when it comes to pushing....push for a nicer rental car.

If you use your truck for business, you can tell them that you require a truck. That puts you on the higher end of the rental car reimbursement scale and will allow you to have a much broader selection of rental vehicles. Be aware, though, if you have your vehicle listed as 100% personal use.....you might open a can of worms telling the insurance company that you use it for business purposes.
