2001 F-150 back brakes

2001 F-150 back brakes
My back brakes are not covering the whole Rotor and its wareing out just the top of them I replaced the Rotors a month ago and its happening to the new ones now.
Has anyone ever had this problem or know anybody who has if so how do I solve it ?
