Default Are 7 lug wheels from 2003 the same as 2008?

I have a 2003 F-150 CNG bi-fuel truck with the 7700 package, including the 7 lug wheels. I'm needing some new tires, and I ran across someone who has a set of 4 BFGoodrich tires with 90% tread with the 7 lug wheels for $350. My wheels are rusted pretty badly, and these look nice on the pictures. It's quite a drive, but it'd probably be worth it if the wheels fit. Does anyone know if they will? Thanks

The person selling the wheels had a micrometer. They were 7x150mm, which would work, but the bolt holes were 17.8 mm and not 14 mm, which is what I was needing.

wheel-size.com shows 2008 to have 14mm lugs, 7 on a 150mm circle ... ???

They don't show a 7 lug 2003; the 2003 F250 has the common 8x170 lugs
